Exchanges

We get it, sometimes a handmade product is slightly different from the product picture and your expectations. We love that Nature plays such a big part in our products, but we also understand it might not be what you are used to completely.

If you're located within the EU and want to exchange your product for a different color, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping expenses back to us. These costs will be turned into an online store coupon. Inkari will cover the shipping costs of the new product back to you.

If you're located outside the EU, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping expenses back to us. Inkari will cover the shipping costs of the new product back to you.

Standard Exchanges:

For standard exchanges, please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our Warehouse. We will send you a confirmation number and tracking information as soon as your new item is shipped.

Refunds are always excluding the initial paid shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The packing slip or note with the order information, plus reason of exchange, should be included in the parcel.
  • We kindly ask you to not ship returns without communicating with the Alpaca Experts at support@inkari-alpaca.com first.

Instructions

1. Get in touch with the Alpaca Experts at support@inkari-alpaca.com
2. Provide your customer information, order number, and reason of exchange for a smooth process.
3. Upon confirmation, you'll receive your return label in the email. Print your shipping label and drop off your return at a DHL location. Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Warehouse, and for your refund to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.

Refunds exclude the initially paid shipping costs.

For Inter-continental orders

We kindly ask that you cover shipping costs for inter-contintental orders. Get in touch with our Alpaca Experts at support@inkari-alpaca.com to receive our suggestions and instructions for the easiest and most affordable returns.
